This Privacy Policy outlines how CZE TMS, product of Safe Truck Sdn Bhd collects, uses the information that we collect that relates to you (“Personal Information”) when you use mobile application (the “Application”) which links to this Privacy Policy (“Policy”).
This Privacy Policy is meant to help you understand what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use and retain your information. When you use our services, you’re trusting us with your information. We understand that is a big responsibility and work hard to protect your information and put you in control.

For example, depending on your selected device settings we may collect information about your location while the application is running in the background or you are not using the app.
• Account Information: Information required when logging in an account, such as your account access code to authenticate users.
• Other Information: Information that you upload to our databases, for example information from your mobile device local storage.

• Use your location information to operate, monitor, analyze and improve the services on the mobile application or to develop new features or services. For example, we may use your location information to show your current location for monitoring purposes.

• We also use your information to send you notices and additional information related to the Services. For example, notifying with push notifications about new assigned trips or jobs.

How We Retains Data We Collect

We use the information about you that you provide and that we collect from you. Some data we retain for longer periods of time when necessary. This section describes why we hold onto different types of data for different periods of time.

• Information retained until your account is deleted – we may keep some data for the life of your account if it’s useful for helping us how we can improve our services. For example, location information that we collect can be used to make a location history report for monitoring purposes. When you delete your Account, the information about your stored location is also removed.
• Information retained until you remove it – account information such as login access code, username and other related information. We will keep this data in your Account until you choose to remove it and / or update it.

CZE TMS considers information security to be a top priority. CZE TMS services are built with strong security features that continuously protect your information. CZE TMS implements systems, applications and procedures to secure your personal information, to minimize the risk of theft, damage, loss of information, or unauthorized access or use of information. For example, we review our information collection, storage, and processing practices, including physical security measures, to prevent unauthorized access to our systems. However, these measures are unable to provide absolute assurance. Therefore, although CZE TMS takes great efforts to protect your personal information, CZE TMS cannot guarantee and you cannot reasonably expect that our databases will be immune from any wrongdoings, malfunctions, unlawful interceptions or access, or other kinds of abuse and misuse due to factors beyond our control.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

CZE TMS reserve the right to change the terms of this Privacy Policy from time to time without prior notice. We will post the changes of this Privacy Policy for this mobile application in Google Play Store under Privacy Policy section and will indicate the date this Privacy Policy was last revised. You agree to be bound by any of the changes made in the terms of this Privacy Policy. Continuing to use the Services will indicate your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with any of the amended terms, you must avoid any further use of the Services. It is highly recommended to check this Privacy Policy often as these changes may concern you and your right to personal data protection.
